Hiking in Europe

Slovakian High Tatras

Nicknamed the mini alps this mountain range borders Slovakia and Poland. Routes are extremely well kept and sign posted with peaks ranging from 2300 m to 2500 m. There’s plenty of options and routes to take.

Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park

Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park sits in the province of Huesca, Aragon. It’s a valley in the Pyrenees an is an IUCN Category II National Park. It offers some stunning walks along the valley as well as a hike up to the summit (3355 m) of Monte Perdido, the lost mountain. The town of Torla-Ordesa is around a 4 hour drive from Barcelona.
